IbrahimAliMaher
Where would people expect your average full time senior pro to develop - at a club with poor training facilities but top coaches, or at a club with top training facilities but poor coaches? When I loan a player and have a choice between clubs offering the same terms I always choose the one with better training facilities (though I do check to see how much competition there would be for a first team place for that player), but I'm wondering if it actually matters really? Cougar2010
The main thing is that they get first team games, this is far more important than facilities or coaches. As for a straight choice between the two there won't be much difference but I would favour facilities over coaches as coaches are more linked to how the CA points are distributed to attributes rather than how they gain CA points.
