I don't take any risks unless I'm favourite for the job.
Kenco
Depends on the type of game I'm playing. In my current one I am taking a non-league team as far as possible, so will never leave them (unless sacked). In my hotseat game I was sacked by Liverpool (I was 6th in the league after 10 games, not good enough apparently), so I got a job with Leicester. In 6 months I got them from a relegation battle to the playoffs but the Newcastle job came up, who were also in the Championship playoffs at the time. Because I really wanted to be back in the PL I applied for the Newcastle job, thinking they had more potential than Leicester. But I didn't get it. Luckily both of us missed out on promotion, and in the next season I am lying 2nd while Newcastle are mid-table, so perhaps it was better to stay put.
