Is This A Bug Or Just Me

I play a 442 Attack & Defend.

Now with the 2 Midfielders I play a Ball Winning Midfielder & an Advanced Playmaker.

Regarding the Advanced Playmaker when I try to put a "natural" AMC there I get the dreaded red dot on the Tactics Screen.

This used to work on 11.2 what am I doing wrong if anything?

I don't pay as much attention to the dot colour as to key attributes. An example in my team being Majstorovic, natural at cb but red dot for cm. I still use him in the cm role as a ball winning midfielder with a support duty as he has good key attributes for that and he hasn't let me down yet.

Its just something that I noticed when I checked what AssMan thought of my team.

Its pratically same team as in 11.2 no settings changed same players etc...

Just retrain them into that position... they'll play a lot better then.

What do you mean it "used to work"?

Is this a flat 442 with two MC's? If so, and the player in question is a natural AM, but has noability at MC, then he will get a red dot when played at MC (this has always been the case ever since FM had dots).

You probably want to retrain him at MC..
