This happens now, the players come into the game with their relation in favoured personnel. Human managers can have their own sons in game, they'll have you in favoured personnel, and will obviously have your surname. Not many players have kids that follow them into professional football, off the top of my head I can only think of 5, obviously their are a lot more than this, but in comparison to players without dads in football it's quite low.
