What I mean is that every single player that looks like a 'quality' player at the age of below 20's are all Brazilian. Don't get me wrong because I have bought a lot of talent but Brazilian players are just incredible. And most decent regens are 90% MC,DM.... Anyone? PS: Any idea when 11.3 will come out?
