Does anyone know if it possible to get database to play as New Zealand and Japan national team?

look in "Editors Hideaway"

Japan no, there are some DBs that add in clubs but none I've seen with a proper league or players. New Zealand should be as simple as adding all players of New Zealand nationality into the game. There's surely more than 150 hanging around.

There are a few DBs that add in the league and players into Japan.

You can download the New Zealand league as well if you want to.

You should not need either league anyway but just need to load all players from both countries.

Note that for Japan they are a fake team like Germany by default as well so you will need to change that.

Any one know where good New Zealand one is as the last team need to play as and can't.

Check in the editors hideaway for MagicMastermind's Oceania Update. It adds in New Zealand.
