Ainsworth81
I am plyaing 09, but i some of you may have had this before. I bought an amazing (over 15 stats for everything) Brazilian midfielder 18 year old from PSV last season in the summer. He has now had the 'WP' symbol for the entire season, and i can''t and never have been able to appeal. It is now late July and i stilll can't play him. Is this a glitch or is there something im doing wrong- might loan him off- will that help? Thanks
jod123
Loan him to a wp feeder so that they can gain EU nationality. Offer him contracts from time to time as well as that will make them re-apply for a wp.

jod123
OK, don't have a WP feeder atm- would that be in Holland? Well it can be anywhere in the EU as the point of them is for them to gain an EU nationality. Some countries take a shorter time to gain their natioanlity. Belgium are one of the best as it only takes 2 years to gain Belgian nationality.
pelicanstuff
It's interesting that the game let you sign him without a WP feeder.

I dunno- i have feeder clubs but they are Leyton Orient, Gillingham and St Pats Athletic! Applied for a new one though.

Belgium is 3 years in 09, but Spain is 2 years for any South American player.
