Bert1
Have been playing football manager for many a year now but yesterday for the first time ever had my keeper sent off for a handball outside the box, not sure if I have previously been very lucky or this is very rare! brambleten
Had Akinfeev sent off for exactly the same thing yesterday. First time I've ever had a keeper sent off. almost made me regret not keeping a goalie on the bench, but Vidic did a reasonable job to limit Arsenal to just the one goal for the rest of the game. Graham FM
i would say its very rare never had a goalkeeper sent off and never seen a handball in ages either in a matter of fact
Kenco
I have mentioned in here before about the lack of red cards for keepers, but then my goalie was sent off for a handball outside the box. But there is still a lack of keepers conceding penalties compared to real life.
Play Up Pompey!
It happened on FM08 when I was playing against Manchester United in a League Cup Final when Ben Foster got sent off in extra time and they had to put Carlos Tevez in goal. I won 3-2 in the end.
