Facility upgrade that didnt happen?

So previous season I asked for upgrade for both training center & youth facility I see them agreeing so next season moves on, they declare plans to invest x amount of money in it, so now its actually new season ... and all of sudden just to check I ask again, upgrade pls kind ppl of the board? And again they just agree, so now I have already invested money but seen no return and now again theyre gonna put money into it?!

While tihs first expansion never even happend but the money went

Anyone seen somethign like this before?

On mine they start to do it at the end of the season, and it normally finishes just after the next one starts

What is the standard of you training facilities? If they are already top then the board are simply maintaining them rather then upgrading them, and so you don't see a rise in the standard of them.

Both average, but I had a message saying investing 750k euros into it now .. but as of now nothing, and they already accepted my que to upgrade again so akward, and cant check for my youth facility again yet as they say I should not pester them this much :0

Jeeeeeez is this bug still not sorted! its fixed in the 0.2 patch of FM07 yet it keeps coming back every year. sort it out

I had improvements done recently - took about 6 months.

asked for youth facilities 2 b upgraded at start of season 1 and board agreed. in october of season 2 they told me construction was under way. what were they doing in the 18 months in between???
