Ytee18
Didn't know where this goes so I put it here, but anyway. Looking for answers, I'm in my second season with Accrington in league 1 after getting promoted first time last year. I have played 6 games, lost 6. Conceded 20, scored just 3! In these games, it has always been 0-0 up until the second half and we are looking solid and look threatening. But then, the opposition go and score, which then causes a breakdown and we go on to lose 3 and 4-0. So what I am wondering is, what can I do to try and change this 'mentality', shall we say, that once behind, we can never get back in the game? Any help would be appreciated
04ambroj
have you looked at your players fitness during these periods? my guess would be that, if the majority of your players are from league 2, the step up, fitness wise might be a bit much, causing your players to tire mid-way through the second half.. do you often use your 3 substitions? try making changes after you concede your first goal. Xennaz
Also, it may be possible that you have a number of players with a low Determination stat, perhaps.
Fabio MVP
Yeah players with low Determination usually react bad to going down.
