Quick Question Re Budgets & Youth Players

Does anyone know the date you generally get your new intake of youth players and your new transfer budget?

I'm 1/2 way into July and I haven't had the message yet, seems to have taken longer than usual.

In England it is the 25th June, which country are you playing in?

On the budget screen it said I had 40M on Budget left I had 0, without buying anyone, and only 1 Youth player seems new.

If you loaded the game starting halfway through a season, it won't reset itself.

EG if you started from Brazilian or Swedish times.

Didin't do that i'm in 2016.

Have the fixtures been generated for the new season?

Hve you bought lots of players on monthly fees, thats an easy way of having your budget eaten up.

Yes into the friendlies already.

Monthly fee's might be it, bought a few in my early seasons but no longer do that. Though I didn't get the budget message or a notification of youth intake which seems weird.
