coaches attributes decrease??

I had filled my training with coaches that give 4,5 stars in everything. Suddenly today i took a look and a couple of training schedules (attack, fitness etc) were at 4 stars! why is that? if their attributes fall as players' do, shouldn't we be able to see that somewhere?

Squad grown considerably?

Not sure about my coaches, but one of my scouts has gone from JP20, JA20 to JP17,JA17 in one season....

Any idea how to stop the rot?

my squad is even smaller. the workload hasn't changed (not that it would matter)

All staff increase & decrease in attributes and they also have a CA & a PA.

They tend to increase when younger 30s/40s then decrease as they get older.

They also tend to increase in the areas they are coaching and decrease in the areas they aren't.

That's strange. I would've thought in some, if not most cases, a persons ability to coach and pass on knowledge, or to spot potential in the case of scouts, would increase with age, and not stop increasing due to experience. Obviously an older coach wouldn't be running around and jumping with the squad during training, but how many do that anyway, rather than just instructing?

In my case, I fail to see how within a year, my scout is now 3 attribute points worse at spotting current ability and potential - has he just forgotten what to look for?

Have you checked to see if your Training facilities have dropped? as doesn't that have an effect on the overall star rating of your training?

So coaches get worse? Despite most known trophy winners being around 50 in age?

Coaches CA peaks at 50, after that CA slowly begins to decline. Anyway, a World Class coach at 50 would still be an excellent coach at 60.
