Sebacid
I have just gotten the Spartans to League 2 and will continue with them until we make it to the promised land. A new stadium is on the schedule for sure sometime (I'm thinking somewhere around CCC?) and couldn't help but wonder what kind of stadiums have other players had built for Spartans.. What can I expect/hope for? Thanks guys for answering!
t29
I got a 11000 or 12000 seat stadium built for Blyth after the 2nd or 3rd season in the Championship.
ism-scfc
Blyth in the football league ! It would help if they had enough players to name 11 players and 5 subs for a game first wouldn't it!
craigcwwe
On my save (2nd season in the BSN) they are in the relegation zone. So i guess no new stadium for them any time soon.
Huss
Back to back promotions from the Conference North and Conference, I then spent two seasons each in League 2 and League 1, each year I was unable to increase capacity. After promotion from the Championship following three seasons, I finally had a 18106 all-seater built. Took two years to build, really annoying for the two seasons in the Premier League to only have 500 or so for league capacity games. Sadly though I already want to start expanding it, as it's still the smallest ground in the league.
craigcwwe
Huss, you were allowed to play in the Premier League with a ground that only holds 500?
SeanNUFC
Huss, you were allowed to play in the Premier League with a ground that only holds 500? Yeh, sounds abit odd. Maybe its cause the new stadium was being built?
craigcwwe
Yeh, sounds abit odd. Maybe its cause the new stadium was being built? Yeah and irl don`t they permit you too increase your ground to a certain capacity to play in that league?
Yoshi99
Im guessing the reduced capacity will of been due to the majority of the stadium being standing which is not permitted at all in the Prem
Huss
Im guessing the reduced capacity will of been due to the majority of the stadium being standing which is not permitted at all in the Prem Spot on there. My first season in the Championship, we went on an amazing run to get into the FA Cup Final, got hammered by Newcastle but we qualified for the Europa League. Same thing happened then, as with the two seasons in the Premier League. I was hoping that while the new "Blyth Stadium" as it's called was being built, that we would groundshare with Newcastle or Sunderland. Here's a screenshot from last season, first match of the year. http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/3337/88818780.jpg Here's one of the new stadium details. http://img52.imageshack.us/img52/1401/36840289.jpg
