To SI: Can we have the camera angle "horizontal scrolling"?

I realized that since we already have "vertical scrolling" camera angle for the match engine, why not have a "horizontal scrolling"?

It'd be the best of both 2d and 3d worlds! For people who like watching a match "classic" style, but with the 3d engine. How many people use the "2D" angle anyway..

there's that really high view which can be similar to horizontal scrolling...

And sideline cam is similar to touchline cam, so why need both?

I spent ages trying to work out what you meant. I like it.

I voted no. I just think that if the camera is scrolling with the action you don't get to see the bigger picture, such as players in space and what runs are made off the ball.

If I had the option I'd have voted for 'not-fussed' as I don't really have any strong feelings against it.

To what effect though? I mean if the horizontal camera is like the vertical scrolling camera then what would be the point? You'd still only see about a fifth of the pitch, just horizontally.

For added realism, i'd quite like the option for a 'dug out view', so you could watch the game from the managers point of view at pitch side.

Sorry if it was confusing, but my idea of Horizontal Scrolling is like if u tilt your head sideways when watching Vertical Scrolling, so basically it's like a classic "2d" view with the 3d graphics.
