[9.3.0] Can't discipline after poor performace

Not sure this is a bug as such so will post in general and see if the mods decide otherwise but just had to mention about this minor irritation.

I have a player, gave away a penalty then in a separate incident went in two footed and was very lucky to escape with only a booking.

Half time comes and his rating is a 4 (4.4 to be exact) so naturally, I take him off.

Full time comes, I go through another post match press conference then go to discipline him and nothing, no option. Discipline player is there but after that "no action" is the only choice I have.

Surely this is wrong. I took him off because he was having an absolute shocker and I didn't want him to continue and get himself sent off but because I took him off at half time, it seems I can't discipline him at all.

unfortunatly i dont think you can discipline players for a bad match unless they were sent off.

Would be a good thing to add, guess only thing available is to criticise his form, but that isnt specific to a single match

You can discipline for poor performance which I have done in the past but I imagine that because I took him off at half time, that option isn't available to me.

Or was the player on loan? You can't discipline a loan player.

No, not on loan.

It may be worth reporting this as a bug. It's more likely a design decision that he needs to have played x amount of minutes though.
