Hershie Posted January 29, 2010 Share Posted January 29, 2010 In recent years the format has meant/allowed 'invitation' teams to compete, usually those in Central America, but also those in North America and South East Asia have been invited in the past. Mexico, Japan, Honduras and the USA have all competed, as well as maybe Costa Rica and I believe Canada and maybe Australia have been invited.
