BS_8
Just starting to get into FM2010. Played every game since CM2. My style is buying players for cheap and making profit, thats just the style i have adopted, therefore am rarely a big club. Anyway I have recently become Bishop's Stortford (April - Sept) manager after some lacklustre spells at Staines and Eastleigh and I am having so much trouble with my finances. During the start of the season the staff budget was cut by £1,300 p/week. I have never bought a player and no sign on fees. I have managed to assemble a very good squad with no money and very limited funds and sit 6th at the moment. My finances stand at 305k in the red and just keep on nose diving. In the 6 months I have been there my chairman has injected a huge 260k. My first question is - I have no loans so what am I paying loan replayments for? Second - How can I stop the rot? Many Thanks
Tubey84
I assume the club is repaying the direct loan from the chairman. No idea though, I rarely pay attention to finances as long as I'm within my wage budget!
Welshace
as always with financial problems... success is truly the only way to become healthy.. you can cut wages and restructure all you like.. but without success and the money that success brings.. you cant do a thing.,,, so.. climb a league or two and you'll notice your balance getting healthier exponentially. ive taken wrexham who were worth about half a mars bar .. to being a top 12 side in the prem and worth over 100mil .. which is damn good..
