JLJ27
If I have a coach with 105 in CA and 178 in PA, how can I help him to reach that? Do coaches improve during time at all and if so, what are the factors?
TheRealMagpies
Time If unemployed he'll improve slightly in all areas If employed he'll improve in the areas he's involved with I think staff get age based decline too
Brian Shanahan
Staff decline slowly from around the age of 50 and usually retire around 65. The best way to inmprove a coach is to keep him in one area only and never switch him out of it. It will make him a bit one-dimensional, and is only useful at top reputation clubs, where you can have a different coach for everything. Also if your coach is for both seniors and youths keep him doing the same routines for both levels. Outside the big clubs just keep your coaches to as few areas as possible. One final thought: I would like that there was some way to guage PA in coaches like in players, maybe something in his profile information. I don't like signing a coach who looks like he has good development potential to see him never improving, and then finding out he was 80/82 at the age of
phnompenhandy
Actually I 'cheat' with Genie and I can tell you that an awful lof of backroom staff of all ages have maxed out PA.
