04ambroj
very quickly, just would like to know if you ignore the 20000 limit, or if you should stick to it? does it effect game time? thanks.
crowsus
i would say 20000 is enough for good realism and good scouting options. Going higher than that will make the game much slower. It depends on your specs and your personal preference!
afterware
My limit is 75000. In any case I usually don't go over 50000.
robertcornell68
I ignore it, but I don't think it makes a lot of difference to the game.
Thomson
I always have well over 100.000 with almost all countries open. For the bigger leagues I go down to 3rd division, for medium ones I have the top 2 divisions open and for the smaller ones just the top one. I don't have a super computer, but did upgrade my RAM to 4GB. So far speed is very acceptable on FM2010 but I did struggle with game speed on FM06 which was the version I have played before FM2010, but that was also before the RAM upgrade. AUS104
I run every league from every playable country with a large database and all players from each continent loaded (they need a load all players from earth option ). It takes about 2 hours to start game but after that it runs at a speed I'm happy with as I love the detail and ability to see all leagues. Total Players = 290,
