How to get yourself in someones favoured personnel?

Does anyone know how to get into someones favoured personnel column, because there's been a mass exodus at Hull on my game after Phil Brown was sacked and I'd like everyone to follow me out the door when I leave my club.

Longevity is the key here. The longer you stick at a job with the same team of staff, the more likely it'll be that they follow you wherever you go

Give a player their 1st International Cap.

I've got quite a few Americans that have me as FP.

interact with them even when they are playing average.

A good tip is to look at their raiting for the last 5 games before you say anything.

If rating is:

Below 7: Don't do anything. Wait til performance picks up.

between 7 and 7.30: Accetable

Between 730 and 8: Pleased

Above 8: Delighted.

Also remember that different players react in different ways when praised, one might feel let down if ha has rating between 7-7.30 while another will be pleased.

When I praise someone I also make a note on their rating, what I said and how they reacted, just to get a general idea of what to say next. Also remember that the same player will not always have the same reaction every time så you may say the wrong thing a few times, but in my experience you get it right way more than you get it wrong so it's well worth it.

On my game I've played about 6 seasons now, and I'm never loyal to anyone. If there is someone better to be had staff and players get sacked in a second and still they love me.
