Mini Schmeichel
But it's just not. I've tried to load it up but I get this message. I've tried waiting for the last 20 minutes but nothing. Any help?
NepentheZ
Try rebooting your PC.
Daddy Yankee
Start task manager, then processes, and then kill editor. Easier than reboot.
Jamie543
Mini Schmeichel did you have to start FM in windowed mode to get the game to work?
Mini Schmeichel
1. Already rebooted it. No change. 2. When I start up Task Manager, nothing comes up. 3. No. Sorry guys but I'm completely stumped.

NepentheZ
I'm just going to throw this out there, is it a pirated copy of the game?
phnompenhandy
Not sure that would make a difference anyway N. Killing it in Task Manager is the way to go, just like when you (or I) get the same message for Firefox. Skip the 'Applications' tab and look in 'Processes'. It should be there and can be closed down.
NepentheZ
Fair enough. I figured perhaps its a built in catch on pirated versions.
Jamie543
if the op still cant get this working then i suggest trying running the editor in windowed mode
nine_iron
This occurs often for me, all I do is open the task manager, close it, wait a few seconds and the editor appears. It is like a program I use at work which seems to not appear sometunes even when it loads... until you alt tab onto it and then it appears. Rebooting is a little OTT when you can at worst end the process and open it again, I suggest just the above solutions and waiting a few seconds.
