One was horrible at team talks and jaded the team each time I went on holiday, and both seem to be inept at opposition instructions. The "Opposition Instructions" is always greyed out. Why is that? I look for assistants with a score of 15 or more in the following areas. Judging player ability\potential Motivating Man Management Discipline Determination When searching dont just set the staff role to assistant. There are lots of staff from all areas that should have most (if not all) of the stats above and should be more than happy to accept a job as assistant manager. Posted December 7, 2009 Share Posted December 7, 2009 Generally I only care about the ability/potential judging, because I'm yet to find in any football manager, an assistant who isn't so ****ing stupid that bashing my head against the keyboard until something happens isn't good enough to replace.
