Will there be transfer saga in FM 09? If yes then it mean it will be harder to buy players you want unless you got the moneys to buy it. have anyone thought of it. SCIAG Posted July 4, 2008 Share Posted July 4, 2008 Tbh there sort of are. I have player x on my shortlist. I enquire about him and get told I need 21m. I try to negotiate it down but can't. The press ask me if I want to sign him. I say he'd be a great addition. The other manager issues a hands off warning. The player says he wants to move to my club. He gets unsettled and hands in a transfer request. His club allow me to sign him for slightly less. All that plus actual completion of the transfer could take between 2 weeks and several months (remember some parts could re-occuer) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
