Russ_WWFC
Scottish are always good for bargains, some of the Scandanavian leagues possibly too. And I've picked up a few from Hungary

dankrzyz
I agree that Scotland & Scandanavia are good for bargains. Personally, I've also had bargain hunting luck in Belgium, Ukraine, and Denmark, especially for youth. The French leagues often have some good deals, too. T-Unit-LFC
Cheers lads. So what leagues would you put on: England - Premiership, Championship, League One, League Two, Blue Square Conference, Blue Square North/South ------------- What leagues after this from what countries and what divisions, could someone do me a template? DanGLiverpool
I personally with that setup would run Spain to Segunda B, France to National/CFA, Scotland to Third Division, USA for MLS, as the draft can produce decent youngsters that you might be able to get in the future once you presumably are a world class team, a nation from Scandinavia, Brazil for the world class regens, Ireland/N Ireland, or both, and that would probably be running decently with your ram and processor.
