Possible showstopper bug in CL registration

Hi, i am not sure if this is a bug or i am doing something wrong.

I manage Olympiakos in Greece and i have to register my team for the champions league qualifier.

I am unable to register a valid team and continue the game because i am 1 HG player short (minimum of 4 players trained by Olympiakos). The problem is i have lots of U18 players i could use to fill the slot but for some reason the game does not count them as HG (possibly the problem has to do with the fact that U18s dont require registration, so the algorithm does not count them as it should). Auto select doesnt work either.

Any ideas?

Thats kind of not the point though, is it?

U18's don't count because the rules state they need to be at your club for 3 years between the ages of 15 and 21, so for a player to be homegrown they need to be 18 at least.

If you don't have enough homegrown players then you need to register less than 25 players (which is the same as the real European rules).

It's a real-life rule. If you don't have enough players to fulfill the quotas, you have to register fewer players.

Do that, and it will let you continue.

My bad. I had to remove one player in order to proceed. The point is that auto-submit should do that automatically. It really confused me.

There should be a message telling you what to do.
