Richboy
I'm Managing Real Madrid and it's my thirth season now. A lot of players are constantly saying that there not enough discipline in the squad, how can i solve this? What do i have to do to make it better? Please help! tottenhamfmo7
Be a bit harsher to the players, if they are performing badly say you are disappointed in the team talks, maybe use the player interaction to say that you are disappointed in their poor form. Also make sure you punish people (fine or warning) if your players get red cards, or play really badly (like under rating 5.0)
rinso
if players are gettting sent off/missing training, make sure you're disciplining them, either with warnings or fines... that message/status usually appears if someone's been sent off and you havent done this,... Paggioram
However.... If you feel that it was not a red card and you appeal the dismissal and do not fine/warn the player then the rest of the squad complain about the discipline. How do you do that then if you feel the player is wrongly punished
Kanukki
Also, if you have players spouting off about internal matters in the media, you can discipline them for unprofessional behaviour. Given that you are coaching the galacticos (read, prima donas) at Madrid, unchecked egos in the press might be more your problem than fouls on the field.
