Increasing Player Value

Hey guys, quick question. I'm playing as united and Anderson is currently valued at 8M. How do I increase his value? The only think that I can think of is slapping a 35M price tag on him to discourage pursuit, but I don't want him to ask for a huge new contract.

Good performances and a long contract are big factors.

However, value doesn't really matter - if he's performing alright I wouldn't worry about his value.

I wouldn't but he's unhappy because I won't let him go, especially for the paltry sums that are being offered. I want to have the offers stop w/o having to slap such a huge price tag on him and having him ask for a huge contract

Why would he ask for big contract because you upped his value?

If he's unhappy he'll leave sooner or later so start offering him around for £20m or so and see what happens

Set his asking price to £0 and then tick reject all offers. Simples

Yea, that doesnt work because then you would get MORE offers for him and he will get even more ****ed off that you keep rejecting offers for him.

My question would be, why does he want to leave - ive only played as united once, and no player ever wanted to leave - so you are either not playing him, or arent doing very well (or the game is broken...)

I dont think u can increase Andersons value. He has been playing well for my Man Utd team but his value has decreased to below 10 million euros. Its weird because i bought Benzema for 25 million euros and his value now is around 35+ million eventhough his performance aint that great for a player of his quality.

The best is to sell to the highest bidder.

when ever i been united anderson value has always increased to around £20 million mark
