andysafc85
Im managing Ipswich and into my 2nd season, I finished 16th in my first year then in the March of my 2nd year, (whilst in 17th place and on a really bad run), I amazingly got offered the Cameroon job. Results at Ipswich picked up and ended ended the season strongly (13th), in that time I only had 1 friendly for Cameroon, which I won 1-0. Is this sudden change in form because I am now an International manager and the players respect me more or something?
nev147
I think its impossible to say as we can not see what would have happened to Ipswich if you had not got the Cameroon. But you could have got more respect, and your reputation may have increased. So it may have had a positive influence, and it won't have done any harm! Saxonaitor
Are their any Ipswich players of Cameroonian nationallity? Otherwise I suggest the problem was just Ipswich Norwich Rulz

Thebaker
Winning international matches raises your rep considerably more, perhaps the players have more respect for you now and so are putting more effort in.
