baker.simon
A quick question about hiring your retiring players as coaches. What sort of playing attributes should you look for if a player is to become a decent coach? I only ask as im looking for a fitness coach but would prefer not to "hire in" and would rather promote. Thanks
Buckley0002
Well first they need to want to be a Fitness Coach but im am 90% sure it is just random or its based on hidden attributes and well as there mentals. But before they retire they have a new tab Called "Staff profile" show up under the "Player Profile" so if ones of your ploayers is retiring and doesnt have a staff profile they will not become a staff memebr
Elrithral
Let them retire, then sign them back immediately. They will happily re-sign, there is little benefit to offering them a coaching contract before they retire.
Buckley0002
Why not ? most of my 35+ year olds are coaches and players at the same time
Elrithral
Why not what?
erik86
Its likely they want more wages, in line witht the player wages. If you let the retire from playing, then sign them back, they demand less.

Elrithral
But sometimes they dont want to rejoin their former club which is a pain in the ass Does that happen with staff? I've had it with players, never staff.
SCIAG
Does that happen with staff? I've had it with players, never staff. I have It's not good.
Elrithral
I have It's not good. Another feature that needs looked at then. You can't sign them beforehand because they expect players wages, you can't sign them after because they are annoyed.
erik86
Could definitely be improved.. Especially the bit about them wanting player wages.
