seagull84
Just a little idea regarding youth players bought in advance from countries where they cannot join you until they are 18 ( Brazil, Russia etc) I feel that once everything has been agreed you should have a bit of input into your player. Most importantly instructing them to learn the language of your country (especially as in some cases there can be up to four years before they will arrive) Maybe loaning them to a feeder club in that region to get first team experience Allowing the possibility to ask them to learn a new position and/or ppm What do people think? Any other ideas as to how you could influence your purchased youth players before they arrive...
nni
RE language, they do start learning it as soon as they sign the contract.

phnompenhandy
I would like to have some input into their training programme. I don't know if this happens in real life, though.

Doubtfull, that'll be telling the other teams coaches how to do their job.

erik86
You can't tell the coaches of the club how to train the player as they are not your player yet!
