mattant250
Now I now that transferring games from PC to PC is possible as I've done it several times via my Maxtor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maxtor), and after re-installing FM, I can just choose my game from my docs. However, soon, I'm getting an Apple MacBook. Now my game looks like this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Football_Manager_2009.jpg Notice, it says 'Games for Windows' at the top but underneath, it says 'Mac' and 'Universal'. So does this mean, that my current Windows compatible save can be transferred to my Apple and I can continue my Career as normal, or is this not correct? Obviously, I'd need to download the mac patch, but otherwise...

mattant250
Ok, thanks mate. Does anyone know for sure, because I'm not sure if my game will still be ok if it hasn't got the right patch on it?

danfraser
It'll be fine, the save file is in the same format on both systems, so all you have to do is patch up to 9.0.3 on your new system and it'll load normally.
