aerobic training or strength training= jump just to clarify!!

aerobic or strength for jump?

sorry to keep asking this but for my whole FM, i've considered jump to be from strength!

if so, doesnt it make aerobic overpowered? jump is sooooooo important for centrebacks, why dont people have a couple of notches of medium aerobic on their training scheules?

i have mid-medium to low-high training for both str and aerobics.

and cant remember which is which off hand,but going into a players profile then the attribute change graphs and then you can see what is in each of the training areas by selecting themin dropdown box
