Aaron_AO Posted March 23, 2009 Share Posted March 23, 2009 aerobic or strength for jump? sorry to keep asking this but for my whole FM, i've considered jump to be from strength! if so, doesnt it make aerobic overpowered? jump is sooooooo important for centrebacks, why dont people have a couple of notches of medium aerobic on their training scheules?
