i Love United
If I play as ajax and I sign lots of very young players with high potential and play them as first teamers will I be able to win the league? As the dutch league is not the most competitve with only 3 contenders I thought this could be possible and contiune ajax's tradition of bringing through young players. Will it work or do I need expeirence instead?
baker.simon
Depends on how good the youngsters are? If they are the likes of the golden era (Kluivert, Van Der Sar etc) then no probs. Generally i would try a mixture of both, or you could set your own rules like that nipple from FIFA (Sepp Blatter) is harping on about but adapt it to your game. 6 players over 23 and 5 under? Just an example.
Cityull
im sure you could do well but think they would lack the cutting edge to maintain form for a full season due to lack of experience.
small Mac
Only playing undeveloped youngsters won't work, even though the dutch league isn't very strong you'll struggle to win it. Look to gradually remove the older players and introduce the youngsters over a few seasons and then you'll get plenty of success.
Management
also if you did do it that way... you may very well lose your job... so if you do it you HAVE to do atleast decent especially when they'd be expecting you to atleast challenge for the title
