for me its tim cahill having rafa benitez in his and he also has my me in the list too i thought it was odd cause well its not gonna be like that irl lolz

If you regularly praise a player via "Player Interaction", and he is receptive to the praise, you should appear on his 'Favoured Personnel' list not before long.

This should be what happened with Tim Cahill and Rafa Benitez, unless Rafa had managed a club Cahill was playing for in your game.

Not really funny as such, but I noticed that I was on my captains Favoured Personnel list. A couple of weeks later I decided to offer him to clubs, I seemed to have had a Bobby Robson moment in forgetting the players name when it was meant to be my other centre midfielder I was meant to offer to other clubs :o

I managed to get onto the favoured personal list of a player who I only managed at a new club for 2 months and he never played anything other then friendlies. He was transfer listed for the whole time as I had to get his massive (for League 2) wage off the budget.
