Saving penalty takers

I was wondering how you save penalty takers?

I've tried everything and yet it still doesn't have the player down as a penalty taker.

It's the same thing for tactics.

I'll create a new tactic and save as yet the penalty takers will still be the same.

You cannot save penalty takers. You just drag them over and they remain that way unless you change them regardless of tactics.

I have adebayor, walcott and simpson but i want van persie. So i always put in van persie before each game starts. But then come the next game it's back to simpson again.

Do you do that in the inmatch tactics screen?

yeah sounds like your doing it in game. Just put van persie in as your penalty taker before the game, save your tactics and she'll be apples mate.

I had the same issue. Even saving the 'Tactics' before the game, yet when I changed to my "B Team" selection, the tactics had reverted to as they were before.

The remedy, I discovered, is as well as saving the "Tactic", to also save the "Team Selection", once you've altered your Tactics.

When asked if you wish to "overwrite the current selection", click 'yes'.
