I am using the "Bands of Two" mentality settings all raised by 4 My team settings are:

CREATIVE FREEDOM: GK and CB`s on 1, FB`s 5, MC(d) 1, MC(a) 8, AMR and AML 15, FC(d) (rooney) 15 and Berbatov 15.

PASSING: GK and CB`s 4, All rest 11

TEMPO: 16 fast

WIDTH: 16

CLOSING DOWN: GK and CB`s 12, MC(d) 15, All rest 18

TIME WASTING: 3 rarley

FOCUS PASSING: Down Wings

AMR and AML on FWR-often, RWB-often, Cross Ball-often, Cross from-Byline, Cross Aim-Mixed. Both have Free Roles.

MC(d) FWR-rarley, TTB-Often, HOLD UP BALL.

MC(a) FWR-often, TLS-often, TTB-often.

FC(d) (rooney) FWR-rarely, RWB-often,TTB-often, Free Role

FC(a) (berbatov) RWB-often.

Drop Rooney's mentality a notch. Set him as playmaker (assuming you don't have one already) and get the team to use him.

Set Berbatov as a target man, supply should probably be run onto ball looking at those settings.
