Being succesfull in real football and in Football manager [POLL]

At this point it seems people feel that in FM luck affects to the games more than in real life. It's maybe because morale plays big part in FM and if morale is down it feels you're fighting against windmills in game. But should it be that way? What if poor morale affected familiarity levels in tactical side? I think players with low morale are tired to pull same rope with the team because they are not enjoying the game and forget what's keeping ship above water. Just a thought. Someone got more information/facts about how morale affects performance in FM?Thanks for your answers!

For me in FM, Its the identity is important. My Identity is how i envision to play on the pitch. AI teams do have it but it just feels same more or less after a while though.

I don't know for sure but I don't think AI can buy players good for their preferred tactic? Like getting hard and aggressive workers if they play pressing game? Or get quick players if they play direct passes with high tempo? It would be great if they would.

Like votes here are telling that it's really big combination of things that really makes a team successful in football. Theres no clear answer for being successful but I think there's some weight differences what affects more in FM vs real football. Like preparation example. What do you guys think?
