FM20 Facepacks

I've played FM for the last 12 years and every year, I was able to get all the facepacks working with no problem until 20.

Not sure if the menu changes did something but I can't get the facepacks to work for the absolute life of me. I'm able to get kits and club badges to load no problem but the faces wont load. I've reloaded the skins many times. Started new saves etc...no success. I've also cleared the cache and reloaded. Any ideas? It's just strange I get the other graphics to load and not the faces.

Did you include the config file?

Which config? There's no config file in the face pack...unless I missed it?

It should come with one.  a config.xml file in one of the folders.

Hello wkdsoul. i am also having trouble loading up any of my graphics. since the update all my custom graphics vanished.

i have extracted the graphics to the appropiate folders but when i reload skin in preference nothing shows up,

I never had any problems before any idea what i could be doing wrong?
