For example, by using the teams formation widget ! Beeing able to right click on one of our players name or number and change his role and to oppen the edit instructions and be able to make changes while looking a the pitch !... The same with the opposite squad formation widget, we should be able to richt click and see the players roles and be able to change the opposition instructions from there ! It would save us time and also immerse us more because we could keep our eyes on the pitch... it would be more "natural"... like the shouts are...
