skybluedude Posted February 2, 2020 Share Posted February 2, 2020 Looking for a bit of advice, I have take York City from Conference North to L1 in consecutive seasons. However, I know have a very substandard squad for the league and a dissapointing transfer budget of £54k. The board likes Attacking and Entertaining football, but I feel the need to abandon my 4231 GenGen Press for a more defensive 4141 to give a chance of staying up. kingjericho Posted February 2, 2020 Share Posted February 2, 2020 Have you started the season yet? Just because your team is weaker doesn't mean all the good results will disappear. Maybe you can't achieve a promotion in the first season but if the tactic has been working so far, as time goes by you'll attract better players and you'll have a stronger squad.
