Hey all, quick one 

 

in team instructions, what will your players do if you do not select work the ball into the box, hit early crosses and shoot on sight ??

 

is it a mixture of all 3 ?

Their behavior will be guided by their roles, traits and other tactical instructions (including the mentality as a very important factor). 

But whether you opt to use any of these instructions or not, the most important thing is how you set up roles and duties. That's the base. And when the base is good (well-balanced and logical), then instructions can either improve it further or spoil it (if you use too many of them, creating an overkill).
