[Suggestion] Additional Request When Negotiating One's Own Contract With The Board

I've been trying to get the board to fund a new coaching course for me but they keep refusing. They've now approached me with a view to renewing my contract but the option to request a new coaching course is not available. I think that such an option is entirely reasonable and should be available.
