GerdMuller
Because they are old and not every manager wants to coach into his 80s? So, if i think of the German managers there should be the option to come back, a lot retire with 60 and come back 2-3 years later.
Lillywhite Dean
Jose Mourinho is 55 Carlo Ancelotti is 59 Maurizio Sarri is 59 Manuel Pellegrini is 65 Sam Allardyce is 64 Marcelo Bieslsa is 63 Claudio Ranieri is 67 I could accept Claudio Ranieri maybe retiring in two years but I still think that would be unlikely.
