[FMT18] Fix for manager history page (and competition stats like in full fat)

Attached you will find a small skin update for the default FMT skin.

It activates the "Manager History" page for AI clubs again and national teams.
It also fixes that page (for both AI and player teams) that the datagrid on top is not transparent anymore so the managers are more easy to read.

Additionally it changes the "Player stats" and "Team stats" page for competitions, so it's the same as in full fat. (with the pitch on the upper left showing the best player / team for different positions on the field)
This way, the Clean sheet stat is brought back to FMT. (if you dislike this feature and only want the first one, simply delete the panels/competition folder of the download)

Just seeing this, will give it a go. Can you do the same for FM19 if it's the same issue.
