maccataq Posted May 5, 2017 Share Posted May 5, 2017 I think it would be better in negotiations when the other party makes something semi-negotiable i.e. the agent puts in a min release clause which you don't really want in the contract but have to agree to in order to proceed with negotiations. If they set it at £25m and it can only be increased up to £30m, I should at least be able to change it to £30m non-negotiable. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
