skyblueintarn
Just started my first save in spain. Got some good youngsters in the b team. Is it best to to move them over to my u19s or leave them where they are? Cheers
ArranoBeltza
They'll develop better with the B team because they play competitive matches against higher quality (sorta) opposition, though this is relative to what team you're playing as and what division their B team plays in. Though, what I tend to do with my best youngsters is promote them to the senior team, make them available for B team games, and then tutor them/play them in occasional matches against weaker opponents. Guest
The B team will likely have better coaches & facilities so unless the level they play it is too high a standard for a young player it might be better to keep them in the B team, if the B team manager doesn't use them you can always drop them back to the U19s if they are within the age limit.
