S2008
If I take on the challenge of managing a lower league club in England for example, will the clubs youth recruitment network grow as we gain success or will I always have a terrible youth intake?. I know that the board improve youth and first team facilities and expand stadiums in FMC but is it possible to improve your youth rating/recruitment as well? I am considering a save on FMC but this is a deal breaker for me as I would like to be able to bring through talented youngsters from my youth system. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Linie
Yes, youth recruitment, coaching and facilities will improve. However at a (too) slow pace, even if a abundance of cash is available(tested it). That's why i ask for the option to ask the board for improvement in the youth setup in the FMC wishlist thread. Might be as well tight to your reputation, the higher it is, the faster (or more frequently) the improvement will be. (haven't tested that, as most high rep clubs have already at least decent youth setup).
tieio
Interesting, my youth scores have not gone up at all in my several seasons. Have my Accrington team in the premiership and the youth set up is exactly the same as the beginning.
