swisso
Head Of Youth Development: - Working with youngsters - Determination, Motivation, Level of discipline (useful coaching attributes since he coaches as well) - Judging Potential Ability Assistant Manager: - Man Management - Tactical attributes - Determination, Motivation, Level of discipline (useful coaching attributes since he coaches as well) - Judging Current and Potential Ability (if you rely on him for squad reports) The staff member responsible in your 'Staff Responsbilities' for bringing newgens into the club has a small influence on the quality of the newgens coming in, so high ratings in JPA and Working with youngsters may be beneficial. As is his coaching style too; defensive coaches may tend to slightly favour more defensive players and attacking coaches vice versa, although the influence is small.
