Neil Train
ok, like the new training revamp in fm13, but how do you decrease an individual player's workload? can't be done from what i can see, and i have 2-3 players for whom the "average" we have set for the team is too much for them. bless. Cleon
Are you sure they are unhappy because its too high and not because its too low? Anyways to change it you alter the general intensity on the training overview screen.

No unless you are training him a specific role, then you use the intesnity option next to it in his training profile
Gambado
On this front I have found that the best way to deal with this comment by a player is to just have a private chat with the him and tell him that he needs to improve his level of training if he is to claim a regular first-team spot. That usually does the trick and he should respond with something along the lines of "I'll prove to you that I deserve to be in the team" and pick up his effort over the next month. Failing that you can adjust individual training routines by going to the players page and looking at their training overview (top right) and adjust it from heavy to light.
