Kilmarnock
Hi, I have noticed that you can't have an assistant manger that is also head of youth development. This should be in the game, as I actually work for a club where this happens......(No, not Kilmarnock) Obviously this only happens at lower league clubs, however it is a good way of managing staff wages at lower clubs and it actually works really well at my club as the assistant manager then has a strong knowlegde of the youth players that might have to be used in the first team due to having a small squad at a small club. Its just a suggestion for future releases/updates, but as it does happen in real life and FM always prides its self on being realistic, it should happen! IWWROCKS
Under staff rules you can just set your assistant to do the stuff a head of youth dev would do can't you?
Kilmarnock
Actually yes I suppose this would cover it, however it wouldnt say both titles in his contact!
!.m.!
Actually yes I suppose this would cover it, however it wouldnt say both titles in his contact! Not exactly the biggest problem in Football Manager is it? Besides if he actually knew he was taking on the responsibilities of two jobs he might ask for a bit more dollar.
